Introduction	I am a mother, a wife, a blogger, a coffee lover and recovering sugar addict. I have 4 crazy boxers and a house full of controlled chaos. My floors are usually covered in dog hair and my laundry is rarely done. I am navigating this life and blogging it all as I go. My days are usually packed with small mental breakdowns, many trips to the coffee pot, and a small but annoying addiction to my cell phone. We now live a life without processed food, it's not always easy but it's it's always rewarding.
