| Introduction | Welcome to my Coaching and Counselling blog. I am an accredited Coach with WACN and and an accredited Counsellor with IACP with over 25 years of experience. I am a member of the Adlerian Network of Ireland since 1995. I receive referrals from Doctors, Employee Assistance programmes (EAPs) and self-referrals. I work as a Coach with Neuroscience to help people to build their confidence, to find their voice and achieve their goals. I work online with ex-pats and clients from different nationalities who live in other countries. I have awareness and knowledge around multicultural issues that have to be considered when coaching or counselling people who are from a different cultural background. There is an online booking system where a free 15 minute coaching “discovery” session can be booked to see if coaching with me suits your needs or a 60 minute coaching session or a 60 minute counselling session. Appointments can also be made by phone or email.
