| Introduction | Fête Foraine (pronounced fet fo-ren) = a funfair, a carnival. Fête Foreign= a play on words used to describe the funfair that is my life in France. After living 17 out of 30 years "abroad" I realised that I was probably always going to be a foreigner even if I were to return to the States, my country of birth. Living in a foreign country can sometimes make you feel like the freak show at a carnival and it was thus that Fête Foreign was born. Entrez, come on in . . . |
