Introduction	Boy, am I one confused barefoot running, paleo eating guy. I have an American passport, a German wife, a son born in Canada, and a daughter from another planet. I own clod-hopper Asic Gel Nimbus 11, Nike Free 3.0, VFF Classics, Feelmax Pankas, Luna Huaraches from Barefoot Ted, and a pair of weak, messed-up feet...and I prefer to run in the weak, messed-up feet. I eat fish, meat, vegetables, fruit and nuts and almost no grains or processed food. I live in Germany and travel around Europe for my job, so I experience some interesting crap.
