Introduction	From a fork to chopsticks I plan to journey my way through vietnamese culture by cooking. I am a 28 year old half american/half vietnamese woman that's been fascinated with vietnam since I was a little girl. My mother was vietnamese but she passed away when I was 2 and I never got to learn that side of my heritage. Through this blog, I hope to share my experience as I study my way across books and websites.
