| Introduction | Dr Kym Fraser holds the position of Associate Professor Scholarship of Teaching and Learning at Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne Australia. Kym has worked for over 20 years in the tertiary education sector in Australia, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and the United States of America. She is the editor of the books “The Future of Learning and Teaching in Next Generation Learning Spaces” and “Education Development and Leadership in Higher Education”, has been a past editor of the HERDSA Green and Gold Guide Series, and author of “Studying for Continuing Professional Development in Health’ and “Student Centred Teaching”. Kym led the Office of Learning and Teaching (OLT) funded project “A Creativity Skills MOOC for Australian Coursework Masters Students”. Kym’s OLT National Teaching Fellowship is a collaboration between 11 Australian universities to develop an open access, semester long, national Learning and Teaching Induction Program for the Australian Higher Education sector.
