Introduction	this blog was originally started as a project for school. after neglecting it for months and months (and months and months...) i've decided to show it some attention and turn this into a place where anyone who is working to be something can see that they're not alone. its my hope that this blog will turn into something..i'm leaving my old blog posts up, but from here on out its me, post-graduation melissa, looking for my dream job and writing a few thoughts along the way.
Interests	I love to read and watch movies. I believe that life without music is just silence. I could spend the rest of my life at the beach and be happy forever. I love to write. I love my family, and life wouldn't even be close to bearable with out my friends.
Favorite movies	across the universe, american history x, the holiday, love actually, the curious case of benjamin button, anything involving russell brand
Favorite music	i will listen to anything and everything
Favorite books	a million little pieces, running with scissors, the great gatsby, little women, the color of water, jane eyre, pride and prejudice, let the great world spin. I can find something to love in all books.
