Introduction	Gavin Crown is a certified Level 1 CrossFit Instructor working at CrossFit Perth, holding other qualifications including a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness, and successful completion of CrossFit Specialty seminars including CrossFit Endurance, CrossFit Goal Setting and CrossFit StrongMan. Having been involved in competitive sports from a young age, Gavin has competed at State levels in both Swimming and Surf Life Saving as a teenager and in more recent years, training and competing in I Go Ryu Jujitsu, Muay Thai and MMA, holding a Blue Belt in Jujitsu. Aussie Strength West Coast is a supplier of function strength and training equipment, specialising in CrossFit equipment and gym fit outs ranging from a garage gym right through to commercial settings. In 2011 Gavin began working for Aussie Strength Equipment, running the West Coast division supplying functional strength and fitness equipment to a customers ranging from home garage gyms through to commercial fit outs. Gavin personally specialises in CrossFit equipment and consulting on gym fit outs and equipment lists for functional training areas.
