Introduction	I was a realtor in Austin, Texas for many years and burned out...hence, a new career in the culinary arts. Cooking has always been a passion of mine and what better way to fuel a passion than to become an expert! So I enrolled in the Texas Culinary Academy - Le Cordon Bleu to become a chef. I graduated Summa Cum Laude in July 2009 and began teaching cooking classes. In August I started my catering company and my personal chef business. I cook for families, busy professionals and those who just want to entertain and enjoy their own party while I do all the work in the kitchen! I live in Austin and travel to Washington DC regularly to see my fiancee and promote my business in DC.
