Introduction	I am a mother of two young girls. We live in the west of Ireland. I have always been interested in food and cookery. I completed a professional cookery course in my late teens. I am always trying out new recipes and enjoy watching food programs such as River Cottage, Raymond Blanc amongst others and recently The Great British Bake Off, which has had me baking like a mad woman. I love foraging and finding new wild produce to experiment with. I am quite opinionated when it comes to food and nutrition and enjoy a good discussion!
Interests	Cooking, reading, arts and crafts, relaxing with a glass of red wine and some dark chocolate mmmhhh!
Favorite movies	Withnail and I, Jean de Florette, Manon des Sourses, U Turn.
Favorite music	Too wide a variety to know where to even start!!!!
Favorite books	The Flight of Lucy Spoon, Wanderlust, The Help, any good Cookery books - they need to have pictures though, I need my visuals!
