| Introduction | I used to be a dreamer and a wisher. While watching movies, looking at ads, and observing those around me I was bedazzled by the beauty that was motivation and dedication. I thought to myself, “I could never do that or look like that.” Today I am a doer. I am a wildland fire fighter, a rugby player, have competed and placed in multiple natural bodybuilding competitions, and completed a half marathon. I now strive off of motivation and dedication to do those things that will make me a happier and healthier individual. |
