| Introduction | A tech-geek, yogi, research junkie, foodie, and sun worshipper. I fell in love with Agile Software Development and Application Lifecycle Management about 6 years ago. I find he insides and guts of companies fascinating. Researching the industry is what I like to do on my Sunday mornings while I sip my coffee. I get a sweaty palm thrill from digging in and learning about a company’s competition. I love uncovering the ‘voice of the customer,’ and relaying their true needs back to the business.
