Introduction	Born in Spain of French and English parents, food has always been a part of my life.My mother and grandmother taught me how to cook. My love of food has led me to train at Cookery Schools and take industry wine exams. The more I learn the better I eat and drink. Food is three chances (or more) a day to be happy. One day, I hope food and drink will be more than my hobby but my extra currical activities would not be appreciated by my employers so until that day I will be an anonymous foodie. In this blog I will write what I would like to read on the topic of food, more than restaurant reviews and recipes, though there may be some of those. Eat, drink, read and enjoy.
