Introduction	Welcome! You are invited to follow me as I embark on a life-changing weight loss journey! Over the years I have been on many diets. While I had some success on all of them, I always gained back what I lost and then some. A few years ago after consulting with my doctor, I decided that weight loss surgery was right for me. After 7 years of trying to find the right surgeon, the right hospital and having insurance to cover the surgery, I am finally going to have the Lap Band surgery on May 15, 2012.
