| Introduction | As an instructor of Yoga, writing helps me to share and grow. A background in theatre training infuses my workshops with clarity. I also provide energy and healing modalities. A study of electronics and computers at St. Peter's College enabled a deeper understanding of energy anatomy. My father, who writes for a Catholic newspaper was one of my professors. Yoga and Meditation teacher training with John Margabandhu Martarano, Reverend Jaganath Carrera with Reverend Jagadish Ruttler and Reverend Premajyothi Devi taught me authenticity. They devotedly carry on the teachings of H.H. Sri Swami Satchidananda. I also studied twice a month for eight years with a teacher who embodies A Course In Miracles and The Yoga Sutra's. Her name is Reverend Gloria Pagnozzi and she inspired me to be the mystic that I was born to be. I embrace a lovingly joyful relationship with my husband Jack De Salvo, whose musical genius and personal understanding guide me forward daily. And I enjoy domesticity with our treasured family members and pets. My numerous siblings and neices and nephews who grace my life mirror my greatnesses and weaknesses.
