| Introduction | Hello from the Lacey family! We are Mark & Brenda Lacey and are fourth generation cattle ranchers in the Owens Valley, located in east central California. Our daughters Molly and Katie will be the fifth generation to raise cattle in this area since my family first came to Independence in 1867. We manage a commercial cow-calf, stocker, and registered quarter horse ranch. We hope to share with you our experiences, challenges and successes as cattle ranchers, parents and small business people. |
