Introduction	Most of my life has been spent managing Produce Departments for grocery stores from Portland to Coos Bay. In 1998 I began growing Organic Elephant Garlic on a commercail basis. We raised and sold a tremendous amount of Garlic. I have recently gave up farming due to a couple injuries, but I still love to garden. At the present time I spend most of my days writing about Produce and telling folks about the many time saving ways about growing their gardens. I've always been an outdoor guy, so I enjoy just about anything that gets me out of the house. In recent years;I have developed a love for writing and hope that some of it can be used to help and inspire.
