| Introduction | I am an Artist and enjoy finding the art in living. From cooking with intentions and creating soul food to exploring the canvas with vivid color. Painting for me is finding joy in the storms of life. Sometimes the colors get a little muddled, but you can clean it up with a little water or some light. Or create a safe space by erasing negative space. All you need is love and a magic paintbrush. |
| Interests | NeuroScience, Art Therapy, and Intentional Creativity are my way of life. There are so many sub-categories under these interests. I am a middle child in a neurodivergent family and our sensors are all over the spectrum. My favorite interest is painting and sculpting, they go hand in hand very well. |
| Favorite movies | I don't have one particular Favorite movie. I really have a hard time staying awake to watch one. Surprisingly I can usually stay awake for a musical. Singing in the Rain, Hello Dolly, Rent or Disney movie. Just to name a few favorites :) |
| Favorite music | I have musical ADD, singing through life helps keep the anxiety down. Sometimes we need a good Screamo phase and then a gentle serenade by Bach. From the musical Rent to lullabies for quiet time and meditation chants or Hymns. My love for music keeps my soul alive and my heart open. |
| Favorite books | Recently I read Barron in the Trees by, Italo Calvino. This was a great adventure and enlightening. |
