| Introduction | After years of "Lurking" through the most amazing blogs and websites I finally decided to combine my love for creative Low Carb, gluten free cooking with my love of photography. My husband and I travel to wonderful lands near and far so I will often have amazing foods to post from kitchens around the world. I am a wife, a mom, a Mimi and a pastor at Champion Life Church. We LOVE people and we LOVE to eat!!!
