Introduction	I've worked in communications for nearly 30 years campaigning for preventable sight loss, sexual and reproductive rights, advocating on behalf of families for a family-friendly UK and delivering public relations activity for food and drink clients. I am now working for the sight loss charity, International Glaucoma Association. I help to raise awareness of the condition, encourage people to have regular eye health checks, and represent people with glaucoma to Government and professional bodies. As a Consultant I helped to manage the Galapagos Conservation Trust annual fundraising dinner with Sir David Attenborough as the guest speaker. I have a life-long love of the sea, and am passionate about coastal living: the places, the people, the food and the plants.
Interests	Sea kayaking, sea swimming, hiking, visiting pubs, hunting down good food, foraging, making preserves and chutneys, making a little go a long way
