Introduction	I am almost 52 years old. I am married to my best friend and have two wonderful sons who make me proud every day.I am also the proud Grandmother of triplets! I have autoimmune hypothyroidism and Sjogren's Syndrome. I don't let this get me down but it has been a challenge losing weight I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and I have lost over 50 pounds. I am now working on losing the last 40 or so pounds.
