| Introduction | I am a 32 year old woman with two children. I have recently moved to Melbourne, Australia. I have had candida for 3 years now, since my youngest child was born. But I do suspect I have possibly had it since birth( sadly). But the great news is that I have made a SHIFT in my consciousness to that I am now able to EASILY ELIMINATE CANDIDA, I CAN DO IT! Where as before I felt pretty powerless, and overwhelmed by the whole thing.Tried different diets and supplements, read all you possibly could about it...and so on. But I have come to realise that, no matter how hard it feels like to stick to this new eating and detox regime, it is worth it. And will be much easier to do now rather than when it is too late! |
