| Introduction | Ritesh is a management graduate from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and the original architect of Yuva Prerna concept to stop the migration.He started his career in social development sector with youth empowerment and livelihood projects instead of going for lucrative corporate life and extended his learning further by working with Jaipur Rugs and Jagriti Yatra on various profiles. He has worked on livelihood mapping in tribal belt of Gujarat, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
