| Introduction | I am a South African born Canadian. Married at 18, and a mother at 20, with five children to my credit, motherhood has been the dominant feature of my life. Of course "wife" has also been (and continues to be) a major theme. With the children growing up I now have some time to step beyond that and explore further artistic interests.
