Introduction	A side effect of being a professional historian is that I have also become the family archivist. Family photographs, documents, and recipes tend to find their way to me. I cherish these remnants of the past and created this blog is a way to document and share the family's recipes, from modern day to those used 100 years ago. As a long-term project, I am making as many of these recipes as possible. Results are documented here as well.
