Introduction Welcome to From My Corner! I am a writer. It is the career of my heart. It wasn't until very recently I found the courage to start submitting what I've been creating for so long. I consider myself very fortunate that 1) I was published, 2) it happened fast, 3) my publisher, Devine Destinies, contracted me for more submissions, 4) they've been fabulous to me. My first novel, Twilight's Son, was sent to print far earlier than I imagined. What a wonderful learning process writing professionally has been. This blog will change without notice, but always with the intention for the better. It is a work in progress, going from what I consider rough draft to polished copy. So please, come in, look around and feel free to participate. I'd love to hear from you. Eventually, I will incorporate guests, short stories, excerpts, contests and the like. Thank you and stay tuned! Sincerely, Erin Sinclair "For love that's out of this world!" www.erinsinclairauthor.com
Interests Life interests me, but to name a few...art, music, dance, herstory, history, literature, cultural and spiritual belief systems.
Favorite Movies Well written character studies no matter the genre. Do not like horror/gore don't get the attraction to it at all.
Favorite Music All kinds of music as long as I find rhythm and harmony in it but lean towards Celtic, New Age, meditative, flamenco guitar, belly dancing, soft jazz, some modern country, although give me a Patsy Cline oldie any day, music from the 60s and 70s...actually so much, but so little room to tell.
Favorite Books It would be easier to list the authors...Marion Zimmer Bradley, Mark Twain, Jane Austen, Virginia Woolf, David & Leigh Eddings, Toni Morrison, Maya Angelou. Many more, all inspiring to me in different ways. I wish I had a time machine that allowed me to meet some of them.
