| Introduction | Firstly I am a wife and mother. This is the most important role in my life. Next I am a daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. My relationships are the centre of MY universe. I am a teacher. My passion is special education and learning disabilities....but my focus has shifted to issues facing women and girls...especially adolescent girls. Dealing with 'Girl World' is my latest obsession. I love to be with my friends, hang out, talk, eat and unload. I love to walk, play and sit in tranquil places. I love to breathe fresh air. I love blue skies and sunshine. I love to read...anything and everything...all the time...every day. Reading is the way I spend most of my 'alone' time. I love music...mostly popluar music...but a range. I don't like opera or classical. I like a beat I can feel and lyrics that make me think. I love shopping, going to movies, buying gifts, giving gifts, finding cool toys and brilliant books. A good shopping day ends with a new book, CD and DVD in my bag!! I love my life. Sometimes it feels small....but only when I look at it through someone else's eyes. I like my small life. I love, I am loved....I am lucky. |

| Favorite movies | Chick-Flicks...of course. Always a happy ending. I don't mind the odd tear-jerker or movies with a greater message either. If it has a good story to tell...I will watch. I hate action, violent, scary and martial arts films. |
| Favorite music | Music with lyrics that tell a story or have a message. I like pop, punk, alternative, country, angry chick and rock music. My favourite artists at the moment are Greenday, Good Charlotte, Pink, Jewel, The Frey, Plain White T's, Snow Patrol, The Killers and Fall Out Boy. There are more...I just can't think of them. I love Aussie Music...Jimmy Barnes, Chisel, Ben Lee, Weddings Parties Anything, Paul Kelly, Kasey Chambers...etc. |
