| Introduction | I started my first Cross Stitch Business in 1982, shortly after I married. I sold to other military wives who could not get the supplies they needed. We then moved to New Jersey, Colorado (where we had a small store) and then to Utah. We closed our retail store in Utah due to increased rent. Deciding to be home with my boys, I am concentrating on eBay and on our website. I am the mother of two boys, 21 and 6. (Same marriage. We offer hard to find and out of print cross stitch books along with new titles. We also have a full line of needlework including fabrics (aidas and linens), threads (DMC, Anchor, Weeks Dye Works, Sampler Threads, Crescent Colors, Six Strand Sweets, Caron), books, crochet, knit, tatting.. etc. We also carry the newest titles on the market and keep you up-to-date with the industry. The BubbaCanDance name came as a joke and a tribute to my favorite country music band and dear friends whom I had the opportunity to work with and spend a great deal of time with, Shenandoah, and their number one song, "If Bubba Can Dance, I Can Too!" We wanted to change the name, but it stuck and here we are. |
