| Introduction | I've been running since 2005 when work got stressful and I just had a feeling that going for a run would be the perfect antidote. Since then, I have run eight marathons, three ultras (two 50 km and a 50 mile), completed a couple duathlons and one tri. I've got an ironman on my bucket list but will definitely have to become a stronger swimmer first! I have two daughters, a wonderful husband and too many pets. By day, I'm a database administrator at a health care organization. |
