Introduction	James Plotkin is an associate with the Ottawa-based law firm Caza Saiakley. He s a graduate of the Civil Law (LL.L) Common Law (J.D., L.L.M.) Faculties at the University of Ottawa. His areas of interest range from Intellectual Property and Tech Law commercial litigation and arbitration. James is also a musician (degree in Jazz guitar with specialization in composition and arranging)
