Introduction	A busy mum of two, I try my best to provide home cooked meals for my family that are quick and easy to make. Our food budget is quite tight which has resulted in me becoming more experimental with different ingredients. I am currently trying to get my three year old interested in cooking. Her favourite thing to make (and eat) at the moment is leek, potato and bacon soup.
