| Introduction | Alexandra is Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Coach Mentor (CCM), with more than 1.500 h in executive coaching with C-levels, Directors and Managers, with assessment expertise. Alexandra has worked for more than 21 years in Counseling, Training, Behavioral Change and Career and Talent Management. Since 2007 her work has been focus on corporate and executive coaching, behavioral training and talent and leadership development. She’s been also working as a trainer and mentor of other coaches worldwide. Alexandra always lived as Portuguese, studied as German and she is a professional in the World, having, in the last years, specialized herself in intercultural leadership. Her fascination with change and integration ability in the development of human potential led her to work with Global Leader, which is currently the art and science of her projects. Alexandra is the author of the book: Coaching em Portugal: Teoria e Prática (Coaching in Portugal: Theory and Practice). She holds a degree in Sociology and a Master in Psychology. She is a doctoral student in Global Management, Strategy & Organizational Development. |
