Favorite Movies	Today it's Synecdoche (which I think may be a great or near-great film), Unforgiven, almost everything by Chaplin, Keaton, Harold Lloyd, Scorsese, Woody Allen, Spike Lee, John Ford, Walter Houston, Fellini, especially 8 and 1/2 (but really all the great Italians), Bergman, Kurosawa (Ran may be the greatest of all!)
Favorite Music	jazz, classical & country (real country, not crossover -- you gotta hear the wang wang in the fiddles
Favorite Books	The Adventures Of Huckleberry Finn, The Grapes Of Wrath, Catch 22, Prairy Erth, and most of Shakespeare (if they're books)
