I come from a family where the daily food was a confluence of Bihari spices, along with days that were totally South Indiany in nature – thanks to my Kanadaki Mom and staying in Delhi made sure there was always a good time to snack on the best snacks in the world. And the story does not end there, now that I am seven seas apart from the holy lands, the US culture has treated me to the tastes of the world culinary ranging from the spicy Mexican to traditional cheesy typical American junk food.
