Introduction	I am passionate about alternative healing arts and empowering people to take their health into their own hands. I am currently working for a physical therapist and taking the prerequisite science classes to get into a DPT program. I completed an initial 200 hour yoga teacher training in Fall 2010 and plan to do another 300 hour training in Fall of 2012. My dream is to eventually incorporate Physical Therapy with Yoga and Integrated Somatics. But it's all a journey and I am content to follow through one baby step at a time with what feels right for me. Thank you for joining me in the process.
