| Introduction | “Growing up, I learned about the importance of food and the problems it can solve. Reminiscing of barbequed corn on the cob and melted cheese on a burger was the only thing to satisfy my needs on a hot summer day. The smooth taste of crème brulee and the feeling of tapping apart its sugar coated top removed any thought or idea of having a bad day. Food to me is not only necessity in life but there is a best friend and good time in every bite.” I want to show you the kinds of meals that make me smile as well as the ingredients that get you to say hmmm and yum. Have you smelled the aroma of slowly cooked pulled pork? If you have then that scent will make you stop in your tracks and grab the nearest plate. I am also here to show you helpful hints in the kitchen that reduces your stress and cleanup while proving that healthy eating is easier than you think. All that I want to know when we have finished is “So How Does it Taste?” |
| Interests | When I am not cooking, I have been enjoying the opportunity to travel. I always wanted to visit Europe but never knew when. Happy to say it happened sooner than I wanted. I love reading; in fact,I read so fast my boyfriend insists on me getting thicker books and novels. I can't leave out the fact I love meeting new people mostly because it's the best way to learn something new. Some other interests are snowboarding which I don't get to as often as I would like. Writing as well as drawing (usually fictitious people and animals) has always been a close hobby of mine. Getting my hands dirty by growing fruits and veggies. A interest that I may be able to add is speaking a new language and learning to sow. |
