Introduction	Muqthi Ali was born in Jakarta, 24 January 1983. After graduating his Bachelor Degree in 2005 from Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia he joined with several law firm in Jakarta. Now, he is a legal adviser for Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg Chamber of Commerce (BENELUX). As a legal adviser for benelux chamber of commerce, he has an extensive experiences in providing advice in foreign investment law, corporate as well as labour law. Muqthi also has a high interest on corporate governance, public governance as well as corporate social responsibility. He is now an Executive Secretary for Forum for Corporate Governance in Indonesia. A Forum of leading profesional organization which concern on promoting good corporate governance in Indonesia.
