Introduction Hey..well I've been in the Food Industry for nearly 30 years. I started as an apprentice chef in a Spanish restaurant and worked my way from peeling spuds and onions, owned a cafe,made cheese in France, started a food export business, a commercial kitchen,a gourmet retail outlet, a fancy restaurant and am now enjoying the new world of Food Tourism.
