| Introduction | I have been wasting time all of my life but not in a focused way. So I decided to bear down and blow off a year in one place - Paris. This being the 21st century that, of course, required a blog. I discovered there are five types of American in Paris blogs: 1) The "I'm here and you're not" blog. 2) The "Here are countless photos of me and my Significant Other enjoying things you could not possibly appreciate" blog. 3) The "Let me tell you about this fascinating city with its fascinating people where I live and you don't" blog. 4) The "Where to get the best baguette/cheese/bistro meal/wine/three star meal/etc. in the city where I live and you don't" blog. 5) The "My interesting and occasionally tormented life in the City of Light" blog. This will be a Category Six blog: All of the Above. |
