| Introduction | Our journeys are all individual, and yet have many similarities. My journey has been a long one filled with stress, bad habits, lack of purpose and anger. That is, until I learned to manage my stress through meditation, focus on health and healing, and begin natural connections to myself, my family and friends and the universe.
