| Introduction | We are writers, foodies, Vegas experts and expert Vegas food writers. Between the two of us, we have spent almost two decades in our town, and have eaten everywhere from charming garden cafés in downtown Vegas (the now-defunct Enigma Café), discovered hidden treasures (Marché Bacchus back in 2000), savored the crème de la crème of Vegas culinary arts (Charlie Trotter, et. al.) and eaten our way across the city. Nikki is originally from the other food capital of the world, New York City, while Judy is from Austria via Mexico City. While Nikki is also a trained chef, Judy is just a fearless and passionate cook. Her favorite ingredient is pumpkin seed oil. |
