Introduction Laura Malbogat, M.Ed has worked in the field of education and counseling for over 25 years, from Kindergarten right through to teaching at McGill University. She has worked overseas in South Africa, Malaysia and Zimbabwe in administrative roles as well as College Advisor and Special Needs Consultant. She has developed learning support programs and implemented differentiated instruction with a special emphasis on digital literacy. What is she passionate about - changing how teachers teach and students learn. More recently, Laura is a full time international consultant and is developing an innovative curriculum for Think Global School, the first mobile, international high school where students will travel and learn in 12 different countries in 12 semesters. Laura has spoken as an Institute leader at several leading international conferences over the years; including AISA, CAIS, ECIS, and OACAC. She has served as Vice President on the OACAC Board, as an institute presenter at McGill University Leadership Series, and served on the IBO World Summit project. Every summer, Laura teaches a course for IBO on differentiated instruction.
