Introduction	I was born and raised in California. Attended Castro Valley High (76), San Jose Bible College (83), Talbot Theological Seminary (85). I served as youth pastor in several churches and was called to the Occidental Community Church in 1990 as youth pastor and then as pastor in 1993. I married Tracy Evans (Chicago) and have three wonderful and beautiful children: Bethany, Jessica and Matthew.
Interests	motorcycle riding (although I have exchanged the bike for a Jeep for now), fishing, eating out, exploring back roads, carpentry, and the beach.
Favorite movies	Shane (all time favorite) and most Tom Selleck westerns: Crossfire Trail, Last Stand at Saber River; and any western with Robert Duvall, such as Open Range, Broken Trail, and Lonesome Dove.
Favorite music	classic rock, classic country western, gospel bluegrass.
Favorite books	Bible, This Present Darkness and Piercing the Darkness- both by Frank Peretti.
