| Introduction | On April 21st, 2009 my life changed. It was on that day that God made Himself real to me. I wasn't in a church. I was in a Denver hotel room. I didn't learn a new set of rules to follow. I learned that Jesus loves me more than I can imagine. I learned this fact through experience and it CHANGED me from the inside out. I want everyone to have the opportunity to experience a personal relationship with him. I'm no religious zealot. I come from broken roots and so I identify with those who are hurting inside. To be honest with you, there are still periods in my life where I struggle. Yet I have learned that God loves me as I am, not as I have declared I am "supposed" to be. I write for a blog on Facebook where all are welcomed. The name of the group is Behind The Curtain and there are a number of interesting topics where we welcome open and honest conversation. We don't practice judgment but we DO practice grace. Come on in! |
