Introduction	As I approach the mid 30's I finally feel like I am finding myself. I am mom, wife, teacher, follower and believer in Jesus, friend, cook, reader, writer, daughter, sister, and way too many more to list. My days are filled with many ups and many downs and at the end of each, I truly know God has carried me through. I hope sharing all of me and being open about where I have been and where I am going, will help others and myself continue to grow, breathe and fully be in the moment of every day. I have a passion for cooking healthy earth friendly meals (and big moment for me, those that know me well)I am ready to share.
Favorite Movies	Serendipity, Must love dogs, (really anything with John Cusack), Love Affair, The American President, Chocolate, Dan in real life, Autumn in New York, Beaches & Steel Magnolia's
Favorite Music	I just love music, no matter the genre, (well not heavy metalish or the like). Christian, Jazz, Country, "oldies" ( for me that means James Taylor, Phill Collins, original Madonna( music from the 70's & 80's) I also still love house music and Reggae.
Favorite Books	The Bible, The Shack, The 5 people, The World is Flat and a lot of Non-Fiction, I find myself having 1 book for pleasure, a few magazines and 1 to learn going at all times.
