Introduction Roxe Anne is a member of Sisters in Crime/National, Sisters in Crime/Chicagoland, Windy City Reviewers, In Print, Chicago Writer's Assoc. and Guppies. Roxe Anne's first mystery, Leave No Trace was released 2-15-11 and is available at Amazon.com, fictionwise, Nook and Whiskey Creek Press. Her second mystery, Fatal Catch, was released November, 2011. History Lover's Cookbook was released early 2013 on Amazon Kindle and has been a top 100 paid Best Seller for most of 2013-2014. She is working on losing 80-100 pounds while journaling about her weight loss. She hopes to have her cookbook, Cooking to Live, done late 2014. She also hopes to have her smoking foods cookbook, Smokin' Good Eats, completed early summer 2014. She is currently working on a science fiction project entitled, The Garbage Eaters.
Interests Roxe Anne's interest is in researching nineteenth century and Civil war cooking. She recently purchased replica Civil War pottery and material for the food photography. When she isn't researching or writing non-fiction and fiction she spends time with her fourteen-year-old pug who is always with her.
Favorite Movies Roxe Anne loves Gone With the Wind, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, The King and I, To Kill a Mockingbird, Fried Green Tomatoes, Sound of Music, and many more.
Favorite Music Roxe Anne enjoys classical, opera, some country western, bluegrass, ballards, 1940's, 1950's, 1960's, and some modern music. She loves Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Pattie Page, and more.
Favorite Books Roxe Anne's favorite books are Fried Green Tomatoes, Gone with the Wind, To Kill a Mockingbird, and Whistling in the Dark. She loves most any book; especially cookbooks with a history.
