Interests | Jesus, my husband and our babies, cooking, writing, yoga, movies, photography, foreign languages, all things Catholic and summertime. I'm originally from upstate New York, now living in Virginia! I married my best friend and adventure partner, just a year after meeting him. We welcomed our beautiful baby girl, Gemma, a year after that! I'm currently a stay-at-home Momma, and loving every second of it! Our second daughter is due to arrive this Easter; we are overjoyed! I'm also a writer. Aside from this blog, I also contribute to a few other blogs, and recently actually started getting paid to write! I write for an online publication as well as a print publication. It's so rewarding to be able to make some income for my family doing what I love! I also tutor foreign languages and will soon be certified to teach English as a second language. I'm still working on figuring out how to make money cooking, which is my number one, all-time favorite pastime and probably my best talent as well. I'm a self-declared chef who has been a foodie from day one! Well, that's actually not true - I didn't start liking food besides macaroni and cheese till I was about 12. But now there is no recipe that scares me, and I love trying new foods - both eating them and cooking them! I wish I could cook for the whole world and bring everyone joy through my food :) |
