Honorably served as an Infantryman in South Korea, then South Vietnam, wounded in South Vietnam, 1966, Combat Infantry Badge; Purple Heart; Korean Service Medal; Good Conduct Medal; Vietnamese Service Medal; Sharpshooter Badge, M-14; assistant recoilless rifle gunner; M-60 Machine Gunner; discharged, 1968. Indiana University; University of Oregon; Sinclair Community College. B.S. Political Science, U of O; MFA, Creative Writign, U of O; Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Ohio, Sinclair Community College. 1 son; three step children (2 step sons, 1 step daughter). Beautiful wife. Wonderful person. Happy, sober and clean w/27 & 30 respectively. |
