| Introduction | I am trans-global with no allegiance to any one nation. I reside in Hell's Kitchen in New York City with my husband and 3 cats. I have been a vegetarian for years and am now on my 4th attempt to become vegan. Why vegan? I believe that every being has the right to their life and I will not extinguish anyone's life force. On the plus side, there is a lot of great food out there that is inherently vegan. I do not GO HUNGRY! |
