Introduction	We have been inspired by our recent Arizona road trip to embark on an even more epic road trip across the west coast of the United States. We will both be graduating from college in May which implies not only that this road trip will be on a tight financial budget but it will be a celebratory adventure with lots of beer. We plan to start out in San Diego, win some funds for the trip in Vegas and then head north towards Yellowstone National Park. Eventually we will make it up to Vancouver, Canada and then back down through Washington, Oregon and back to Cali. We will be bringing along as little as possible, be couch surfing as much as possible and camping when not possible. Bikes and hiking shoes are a must. We have a list of places we'd like to see but hope to set out on the road open to spontaneity and adventure. As two vegetarians (NOW VEGANS!) we will be exploring ways to eat healthy, cheap and on the go by not eating out but shopping and preparing food on the way. Over the next few months we will be saving money, collecting camping gear and researching the route in order to make this the most epic road trip ever!
